<p>Overview</p><p>We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Winnipeg. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and working in a fast-paced sales environment—without the need for door-to-door or cold field sales.</p><p>You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to generate quotes, process orders, and help drive revenue while developing valuable sales and account-management skills.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers</li><li>Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and support the sales pipeline</li><li>Process customer orders accurately and efficiently</li><li>Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems</li><li>Collaborate with outside sales, operations, and customer service teams</li><li>Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets</li><li>Provide product information and resolve basic customer concerns</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role (preferred, not required)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Comfortable using CRM software, email, and MS Office</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven</li><li>Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow</li></ul><p>About the Company</p><p>We are a customer-focused organization serving clients across Canada with reliable products and responsive service.
