Job Description
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring visitor's logbook.Responsibilities
· Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
· Pick up and deliver the mail
· Open and date stamp all general correspondence
· Collating and scanning documents
· Order all office supplies
· Answer telephone, assist with walk-ins and customer requests
· Direct customer requests to appropriate sales team members
· Maintain up-to-date client information by updating the system
· Assist with data entry to keep equipment lists up to date
· Write letters to customers and vendors
· Multitask effectively
· Work with minimal supervision
· Receive shipments and provide documentation to Project Coordinator / VP
· Assist VP with other tasks as required
Requirements
Qualifications
· Excellent command of the English language.
· Clear and professional communication skills
· Knowledge of MS 365
· Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
Note: This is an in-office position. Mandatory to be on site, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
