(ENS) is Canadas leading provider of connected energy solutions, with full national service coverage across 14 locations. ENS supports a growing range of efficiency <span >initiativesincluding</span> lighting & controls retrofits, EV charging deployments, and battery energy storage systems. Through its integrated project management model, ENS has delivered turnkey solutions that help organizations reduce energy consumption, lower operational costs, and achieve netzero and sustainability goals.</p><p><br /></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Installing and programming new lighting and lighting control systems in various commercial, retail and industrial applications.</li><li>Overlook a crew of 1-3 electricians and apprentices on site performing lighting upgrades.</li><li>Creating project timelines, bill of materials and labor cost estimates from electrical drawings.</li><li>Facilitate and control work on site including materials, equipment, health & safety and the crew.</li><li>Provide support and direction to additional crews on other projects as required.</li><li>Working directly with ENS project managers and coordinators and client representatives.</li><li>Providing training to an assigned electrical apprentice.</li><li>The job requires evening and after hours work.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications and Requirements:</p><ul><li>Knowledge of Electrical Safety Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and all other applicable legislation required.</li><li>Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30 lbs</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods and capable of climbing 10 ft. ladders.</li><li>Time Management.</li><li>Organizational skills.</li><li>Experience managing Electricians and Apprentices.</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed Electrician.<br /></li><li>A valid Drivers License required in good standing.</li><li>Must be able to pass a security clearance.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Day and Night shift<br /></li><li>Some weekends may be required with notice</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>WHY JOIN ENS?</p><ul><li>Join a trusted industry leader known for innovation, technical expertise, and reliability.</li><li>Contribute to high-impact industry that support energy efficiency and sustainability across Canada.</li><li>Work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to quality, client success, and continuous improvement</li></ul></p></p>
