Currently, we have an opportunity for a</p><p><br /></p><p>Junior Surveyor / Geomatics Technologist Western Canada</p><p><br /></p><p>who has recently graduated or is on track to graduate this academic year from a Geomatics, Surveying, or related technical program and has a desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company.</p><p><br /></p><p>The Work:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Support surveying on various project sites throughout Western Canada<br /></li><li>Assist with field data collection using GNSS, total stations, scanners, and drone-based survey<br /></li><li>Willing and able to travel, as shift work may last up to 21 days</li><li>Work is outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions</li><li>Follow CORE safety protocols and contribute to a strong safety culture</li><li>Prepare clear, accurate field notes, sketches, and digital records</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What you bring to the table:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Strong focus on relationships, both internal and external to CORE</li><li>Desire for excellence in all that you do</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>The ability to liaise with clients</li><li>Curiosity and creativity in solving problems and adapting to new tasks<br /></li><li>Recently graduated, or on track to graduate this academic year, from a Geomatics, Surveying, GIS, or related technical program</li><li>Ability to work safely, effectively, and collaboratively in a field crew environment<br /></li><li>Valid drivers licence</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>If you feel that this is the right challenge for you, and you meet these qualifications, please respond by sending your resume and cover letter in Word or .pdf format to this ad.</p><p><br /></p><p>We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</p></p></p>
