The Role:

As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time assistance and support through live chat. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order status.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.

Team Structure: You will be part of a dedicated customer support team, working closely with other specialists and team leads.
