<p>Hallmark is a Halifax based dental lab serving dental clinics and their patients in Atlantic Canada. We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate and supervise supply chain operations, case distributions, and delivery.</p><h2>Logistics Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate supply chain operations</li><li>Analyze data, metrics, and feedback to suggest modifications and improvements</li><li>Monitor the status and location of cases in the lab using the lab scheduling software and report their progress to the production supervisors</li><li>Manage, evaluate, assess and make recommendations regarding courier accounts</li><li>Act as a liaison between different departments, shipping and receiving, and most often the lab supervisors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. </li><li>Identify potential delays, quality issues, or other problems that could impact timelines or efficiency and bring these to the production supervisors.</li><li>Document progress, track metrics, and generate reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement</li></ul><h2>Logistics Coordinator Requirements:</h2><ul><li>High school diploma or a GED certificate</li><li>A degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management is an asset</li><li>Prior working experience involving logistics management</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li></ul><h2>Benefits:</h2><ul><li>Health and dental insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Wellness program</li><li>Pension program</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health and wellness spending account</li></ul><p>Hallmark has been in the community over 40 years.
