<h3>Position Overview</h3>
<h3>Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Three (3) years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and other related equipment and systems.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Grade XII or equivalent.</li>
<li>The minimum of a valid and subsisting certificate of proficiency as a Third-Class Power Engineer, in accordance with the regulations of the Power Engineers' Act of Manitoba (Department of Labour) or equivalent.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Certification/Licensure/Registration</h3>
<p>Not Applicable</p>
<h3>Qualifications and Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>General knowledge of HVAC principles.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and follow manuals, schematic diagrams, etc.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and take initiative.</li>
<li>Willingness to adhere to safety principles.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Physical Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Physically able to carry and transport tools and equipment on ladders and platforms up to 34 kgs; ability to handle heavier loads with the assistance of wheeled carts and other devices.</li>
</ul>
