Management Consultant – Canada (Remote)

The Opportunity

We seek:
Energetic, self-driven management consultants with:
- 6–10 years of industry experience
- Expertise in organizational transformation & change management
- A track record in high-performance consulting
- Strong facilitation and delivery skills
Ideal candidates have:
- Experience managing projects for large corporations
- Background working with complex/multinational organizations (preferred)
- Capital project consulting experience
- Executive or leadership coaching proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and advise C-suite leaders
- Lead workshops (25+ participants)
- Manage engagements ($750K+ budget)
- Balance strategy and execution in people-centric initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Consulting experience (industry specialization a plus)
- Ability to navigate matrixed organizations
- Credibility with C-level stakeholders
- Project management expertise
- Long-term client partnership skills
- Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change
- Strategic relationship-building
- Entrepreneurial yet collaborative mindset
- Proven success facilitating large-group sessions
- Commitment to continuous learning and client impact
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication
- Travel readiness (frequency flexible)
