Marketing & Events Coordinator

<p>siberX is a rapidly growing cybersecurity training and events firm focused on innovation and client satisfaction, providing services to clients all around the world. We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Events coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of marketing and events activities, as well as providing administrative support to the executive team.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Plan/assist with planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing and events activities, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events</li><li>Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media and other digital marketing channels, including email marketing and blog posts</li><li>Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other materials</li><li>Manage and update the company website and social media channels</li><li>Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and processing expense reports</li><li>Monitor and report on marketing and event performance metrics</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives</li><li>Assist with the preparation of proposals and other business development activities</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or administrative support</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media platforms, and email marketing tools</li><li>Proficient in marketing design platforms such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)</li><li>Knowledge of website management tools such as WordPress and SEO is a plus</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are passionate about cybersecurity and marketing, have a strong attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. </p><p><br></p><p>To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter to </p><p><br></p><p>Thank you for your interest in the position, those selected for an interview will be contacted.
