We’re looking for a <strong>Marketing Technology & Data Analytics Specialist</strong> who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, data engineering, and analytics — someone who ensures every click, conversion, and event tells the right story.</p><p>If tracking accuracy, clean data flow, and actionable insights excite you, this role will give you the autonomy and impact you’re looking for.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p><strong> Tracking & Integrations</strong></p><ul><li>Implement, maintain, and fine-tune integrations across <strong>Meta Conversion API, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Unity, and IronSource</strong>.</li><li>Ensure seamless event mapping and deduplication across <strong>pixels, SDKs, and S2S (server-to-server)</strong> connections.</li><li>Manage integrations with <strong>AppsFlyer</strong> for both <strong>iOS (SKAN)</strong> and <strong>Android attribution</strong>, including postback configurations.</li><li>Set up and optimize <strong>GA4</strong> for detailed tracking across mobile apps and web.</li><li>Design and maintain <strong>data pipelines</strong> to eliminate attribution mismatches and tracking inconsistencies.</li></ul><p><strong> Data Flow & Quality Assurance</strong></p><ul><li>Detect and resolve discrepancies between <strong>Meta, Google, AppsFlyer, and BI dashboards</strong>.</li><li>Implement fallback mechanisms and data validation logic to preserve accuracy (IP/User Agent, FBP, FBC, etc.).</li><li>Maintain consistent parameter structures across all platforms, including <strong>UTMs, click IDs, and event parameters</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong> Analytics & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain <strong>custom dashboards in Power BI</strong> (and similar BI tools) tailored to PPC and user acquisition needs.</li><li>Define and track essential KPIs — from <strong>registrations and FTDs to LTV, ROAS, and NGR</strong>.</li><li>Conduct <strong>cohort and retention analyses</strong>, and contribute to <strong>revenue attribution modeling</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong> Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Partner closely with <strong>developers</strong> to deploy and test tracking frameworks.</li><li>Work with <strong>PPC and performance marketing teams</strong> to guide optimization through accurate, real-time data.</li><li>Support <strong>Product and BI teams</strong> with structured insights that drive smarter decision-making.</li></ul><strong>What You Bring</strong><ul><li>Proven experience as a <strong>MarTech Specialist, Data Analyst, or Marketing Technology Engineer</strong>.</li><li>Strong technical command of <strong>GA4, AppsFlyer, Meta CAPI, TikTok, Snapchat, Unity, and IronSource</strong> integrations.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>event tracking, SDK setup, and API integrations</strong>.</li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>server-to-server setups</strong> and <strong>conversion deduplication</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Power BI</strong> or similar BI tools for dashboard creation and visualization.</li><li>Working knowledge of <strong>SQL, JavaScript, or Python</strong> for tracking customization.</li><li>Background in <strong>iGaming</strong> is a strong advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, especially between marketing and technical functions</li><li>Experience in <strong>attribution modeling, LTV forecasting</strong>, and <strong>data-driven optimization</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>GTM server-side tagging</strong> and data-layer management.</li></ul><p><strong>Why You’ll Love It Here</strong></p><p>Step into a high-impact role where <strong>technical precision meets marketing innovation</strong>.
