Millwright (433A) – Full-Time | Permanent
Vaughan, ON
Continental Night Shift (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)


  • Starting Salary: $44/hour

  • Night shift, 7 x 12-hour days every 2 weeks, every other weekend

Looking for experienced Millwrights (433A) who can troubleshoot independently, work hands-on with heavy machinery, and have strong lathe experience.


Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)

  • 4+ years’ industrial manufacturing experience

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting—able to work independently

  • Blueprint/technical drawing reading skills

  • Hands-on: machine building, lathes, welding (asset)

  • Experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, heavy machinery

Responsibilities:

  • Independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery

  • Execute preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance

  • Fabricate parts and maintain production machinery

  • Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory

  • Support internal process improvements and machine optimization
