<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Office Manager – Peak Improvements (Edmonton, AB)</strong><br><br>Do you thrive in a fast-paced office where every day is different?<br />Do you have a knack for organization, bookkeeping, and keeping people on track?<br />Peak Improvements, a leading home renovation company in Edmonton, is looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><br />- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.<br />- Preparing bank deposits, processing accounts <span >payable/receivable.</span><br />- Supporting our bookkeeper with QuickBooks and GST reporting.<br />- Assisting project managers with orders, deliveries, and timelines.<br />- Posting photos and updates to Facebook, Instagram, and Houzz.<br />- Using tools like QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, UDA Construction Online, and Teams.<br><br><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong><br />- 2+ years in administration or office management.<br />- Strong QuickBooks experience (online or desktop would be an asset).<br />- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.<br />- Proactive and able to work independently.<br />- A positive team player who values accountability and long-term growth.<br /><strong><br />What We Offer:</strong><br />- Hourly wage: $22–$30, based on experience.<br />- Monday–Friday schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM.
