<p><b>JOB STATEMENT:</b></p><p>As the Onboarding, Operations and Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in licensing, contracting, and onboarding for New Win Succession Inc., its Joint Venture partnerships, and acquired books of business. You’ll enjoy a great benefits package and room to grow as you develop your career with us.</p><p><br></p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Provide administrative support throughout the due diligence and acquisition process </li><li>Lead the onboarding process for new books of business and partnerships</li><li>Obtain licensing in home province of entity and in additional provinces as necessary</li><li>Obtain and manage Errors and Omissions insurance</li><li>Coordinate carrier contracting as required</li><li>Complete and submit transfer forms, follow up with carriers, and reconcile acquired books</li><li>Input new books into the Atoms CRM system</li><li>Conduct ongoing maintenance and updates of all the above activities</li><li>Provide backup for the Office Administrator during higher volume periods and vacation</li><li>Support general operations and customer service functions for the house book of business</li><li>Take on all customer service responsibilities</li><li>Provide support for advisors with customer related issues</li><li>Call and manage orphan blocks of business</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience in the life insurance industry in an operations or sales support role</li><li>Life insurance license is an asset</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in industry tools like Apexa</li><li>Experience with bookkeeping is an asset</li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>COMPENSATION:</b></p><p>Commensurate with experience</p><p><br></p><p>Worldsource is committed to accessibility in employment and to ensuring equal access to employment opportunities for candidates, including persons with disabilities.
