- State-of-the-Art Equipment – Including Optomap (California model), Topcon OCT, Octopus 900 Perimeter, and more.
- Efficient EMR System – We use Optosys for seamless scheduling, billing, and patient management.
- Established Patient Base – Over 20,000 active files and strong referral relationships with local physicians and ophthalmologists in Regina & Saskatoon.
- Fully Equipped Dispensary & Lab – Over 1,500 frames and on-site edging with 1-hour service for single-vision lenses.
- Experienced Support Staff – A team of 6 full-time staff, including an office manager and CCOA-certified pre-testers.
The Opportunity
- Competitive Compensation – 25% of gross billings with a guaranteed minimum of $175,000. Recent associates have earned over $225,000 per year.

- Flexible Work-Life Balance – Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM. No evenings or weekends.
