<br><p><b>What You'll Do</b><br></p><ul><li>Drive adoption of next-generation smart lighting and building control solutions across the GTA.<br></li><li>Influence project design from concept through installation by building strong relationships with electrical engineers, architects, and designers.<br></li><li>Deliver tailored solutions by reviewing electrical drawings and specifications in collaboration with the technical team.<br></li><li>Conduct customer meetings, demos, and training sessions — both in-person and virtually.<br></li><li>Partner with inside sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless project execution.<br></li></ul>
<br><p><b>What We're Looking For</b><br></p><p><b>Must-Haves</b><br></p><ul><li>5+ years in lighting controls, building automation, or IoT systems sales.<br></li><li>Proven track record selling to or through specifiers (engineers, architects, designers) in commercial or industrial projects.<br></li><li>Strong technical understanding of control systems and ability to interpret electrical drawings.<br></li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.<br></li><li>Self-starter mentality with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.<br></li><li>GTA-based with valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.<br></li></ul><p><b>Nice-to-Haves</b><br></p><ul><li>Experience introducing new technologies to market, including smart building, IoT, or energy management systems.<br></li><li>Post-secondary education in engineering, business, or a related technical field.<br></li></ul>
