Hansler Industries is an integral entity of Leavitt Industrial Group.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>Hansler Industries is looking for a motivated <strong>Parts Salesperson </strong>to join our team in <strong>Saskatoon, Saskatchewan</strong>. As the Parts Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to our Parts customers and the Service department, in addition to managing the receiving, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities </strong></p><p>As a Parts Salesperson, your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Selling parts products and providing excellent service to customers</li><li>Contributing to the achievement of branch revenue and margin targets</li><li>Managing key customer accounts</li><li>Providing multiple solutions for pricing and parts availability for requested quotes</li><li>Following up on outstanding quotes, working to close all possible orders</li><li>Providing Service Technicians with required parts</li><li>Overseeing inventory and requesting required parts</li><li>Supporting with the shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound orders</li><li>Collecting payment from customers and following up to ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Processing customer credits and returns efficiently</li><li>Recording all sales transactions and verifying receiving documents</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications </strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:</p><ul><li>At least two years of experience in a related parts role</li><li>Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>A customer-oriented mindset</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail</li><li>Confident self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits & Perks </strong></p><p>Hansler Industries is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees, including an employer matching RRSP plan:</p><ul><li>Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependents</li><li>Dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverage</li><li>Annual health care spending account</li><li>Life Insurance, short term disability, and travel insurance</li><li>Sick leave plan – 100% employer paid</li><li>Employee assistance programs</li><li>RRSP matching</li><li>Ongoing professional development opportunities</li></ul><p>The base pay range for this role is: $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience.</p><p>This is an <strong>onsite</strong> role based in <strong>Saskatoon, Saskatchewan</strong>.</p><p>Hansler Industries would like to thank all applicants for their interest; however, only qualified applicants will be contacted by Talent Acquisition for an interview.
