<p>Ruelo Patisserie is a one-of-a-kind French pastry shop that creates a wide selections of desserts using premium ingredients and unique flavour combinations, all made with authentic French pastry making techniques. As we stay true to the French way, we have our sights set to deliver our customers an experience of perfection, pure delight and blissful indulgence.</p><p>As a Pastry Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for opening the store, display all cakes and pastries in their respective showcases, prepare beverages and serve cakes and pastries from showcases, all while providing our customer with an amazing experience the moment they step into our store.</p><p>Responsibility:</p><ul><li><p>opening the store</p></li><li><p>ensure tidiness of the front of house, including washroom</p></li><li><p>display cakes and pastries in their respective showcases</p></li><li><p>operate manual espresso machine and prepare coffee-based drinks</p></li><li><p>sell products for take-out customers, suggestive selling</p></li><li><p>assist customers with their purchase by answering questions regarding portions, ingredients and dietary requirements</p></li><li><p>serve customer with sincerity and efficiency</p></li><li><p>handle phone-in order</p></li><li><p>following all health, safely and sanitary guidelines</p></li></ul><p>Requirement:</p><ul><li><p>language: fluency in English is required.
