We bring a holistic approach to traffic management, safety infrastructure, and urban mobility; always prioritizing safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.</p><p><br /></p><p>JOB SUMMARY</p><p><br /></p><p>Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, the People & Culture Generalist plays a key role in fostering a positive, supportive, and engaging workplace culture. This position supports a broad range of People & Culture initiatives, including training and development, compensation, employee relations, policy development, and company-wide programs designed to enhance the employee experience and strengthen organizational effectiveness.</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, organize, and facilitate employee and manager training programs to enhance skills, productivity, and team effectiveness.</li><li>Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.</li><li>Support annual compensation reviews and assist in administering bonus programs.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend retention and engagement strategies.</li><li>Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Conduct investigations into complaints or policy violations, maintaining confidentiality and fairness.</li><li>Develop, implement, and update People & Culture (P&C) policies and procedures in alignment with legal and organizational standards.</li><li>Manage accommodation requests and leaves of absence, ensuring compliance and operational balance.</li><li>Administer termination processes in compliance with legislation and company policy.<br /></li><li>Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback.</li><li>Collaborate across departments to support organizational initiatives and special projects.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with strong grounding in employee relations, learning, and HR operations.</li><li>Solid understanding of employment legislations and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Exhibits strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) and MS Office Suite.</li><li>CHRP designation (or in progress) is an asset.<br><br></li></ul><p>What Sets You Apart</p><ul><li>You care deeply about creating workplaces where people feel seen, valued, and supported.</li><li>Youre curious and open-minded, always exploring new ways to make work better.</li><li>You bring structure and heart to everything you do, balancing people needs with organizational goals.</li><li>You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are comfortable with change.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Work Environment</p><ul><li>A people-first culture that values authenticity, innovation, and continuous growth.</li><li>Opportunities to lead projects, pilot new ideas, and contribute to meaningful organizational initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li>Office-based with potential for hybrid or remote flexibility.</li><li>Fast-paced, dynamic setting, requiring adaptability and prioritization.</li><li>Frequent collaboration with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Occasional travel for company initiatives.</li></ul><p><br /></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
