We may have just the opportunity for You</p><p>Position: Pharmacy Assistant</p><p>Location: Burloak Longos - Oakville</p><p>Status: Part Time</p><p>Who we are: We are a family run business with over 17 locations in the GTHA. We pride ourselves on being much more than prescription fillers. Each pharmacy is run by a team of professionals working together to build trust, rapport and the confidence of each of their customers.</p><p>What you can expect:</p><ul><li>Delivers exceptional care and value to each of our customers</li><li>Flexible and agile to respond to competing priorities, scheduling and busy times</li><li>Works to be a high functioning and contributing team member ready to step in where needed</li><li>Accurately and efficiently assists to fill and label blister packs</li><li>Completes cashier duties</li><li>Communicates and coordinates with third party insurance and billing system/ processes</li><li>Answers telephones and takes messages for new prescriptions, patient refill requests, and other pharmacy related business</li><li>Assists in the inventory, display and upkeep of retail and front shop operations</li><li>Promotes and maintains a clean and tidy merchandise display</li><li>Accurately and efficiently completes sales transactions, and processes merchandise information through a computer and point of sale system</li><li>Promotes and works to ensure a safe and healthy work environment</li></ul><p>What you bring:</p><ul><li>A GREAT attitude - Ready to learn and passionate about patient care</li><li>Excellent customer service</li><li>Nexxsys (Pharmaclick) experience</li><li>A willingness to learn</li><li>Work in a fast paced, high volume, customer focused team environment</li><li>The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with professionalism and tact</li><li>Ability to handle fast-paced situations, adapt to changes and exercises good judgement</li><li>Ability to respect and preserve patient confidentiality</li><li>Ability to communicate with other healthcare professionals in a professional, businesslike manner</li><li>Familiarity with pharmacy software/billing systems</li><li>Proficient written and oral communication</li></ul><p><em>At Morelli's Pharmacy we are committed to providing an equal and inclusive opportunity to all.
