Company operating name: Evolve Radiologic Consultants Inc.<BR><BR>Company business address: 240 Richmond St. W, Floor 1, Toronto, ON, M5V 1V6.<BR><BR>Title of the position: President (NOC 00013).<BR><BR>Job duties:<BR><BR>Oversee and administer all aspects of the business of a physician-owned, financially stable, and growing radiology consultancy firm based in the Toronto metropolitan region.<BR>Lead the firm in achieving sustainable operational and strategic goals in partnership with the shareholder physicians.<BR>Responsible and accountable for the firms operational, fiscal, and human resources management, as well as compliance, external relationships, marketing, and strategic planning.<BR>Through visible and approachable leadership, promote a workplace culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and performance with a shared vision for the future.<BR>Effectively manage the quality of services and relationships of the business.<BR>Ensure that the activities of the firm comply with all relevant laws and regulations.<BR>Oversee the critical IT infrastructure of the business.<BR>Manage the process of recruiting and onboarding new staff to the firm.<BR>Identify opportunities for the business to develop partnerships, affiliations, and growth strategies.<BR>Execute projects consistent with the goals and strategies of the firm.<BR><BR>Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time.<BR><BR>Language of work: English.<BR><BR>Wage: $52.63 per hour.<BR><BR>Benefits package being offered: None.<BR><BR>Location of work: Toronto, Ontario.<BR><BR>Contact information to apply for the job: (link removed)><BR>Skills requirements:<BR><BR>Required education:<BR><BR>Medical Degree.<BR>US or Canadian radiology residency program completion.<BR>Masters Degree in translational research or equivalent education.<BR><BR>Required work experience:<BR><BR>Minimum of 10 years of clinical practice as an academic radiologist with publications in translation imaging science research and clinical trials.<BR>Management experience in the medical field.<BR>Demonstrated networking and communication skills as evidenced by invited talks and collaborative research publications.<BR>Thorough mastery of up-to-date techniques and services in the practice of radiology with knowledge of how to optimize these practices when integrating into a medical system.<BR>A hands-on professional with a verifiable record of successful outcomes related to primary job responsibilities and a strong commitment to service, quality, as well as an ability to respond to the needs of all constituents.<BR>Exceptional financial, analytical, leadership, and communications skills and up-to-date knowledge of new landscapes and technological innovations in the practice of radiology including a thorough understanding and hands-on experience in radiomics/artificial intelligence.<BR>Experience in clinical trial design and translational research in imaging including experience on an institutional review board.Create Your Resume First
