Insight Global is looking to bring on a Capital Procurement Advisor to join one of the worlds largest agriculture organizations at their Lanigan on-site team for a 6 month contract with a possibility of extension after the year. The candidate will be on-site 4 days/ week (Mon-Thurs) with Fridays off, working 10hrs/ day for a 40 hr week. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with outside vendors and buyers to help put together packages for a variety of teams. These packages will include but not be limited to, understanding scope of working and articulating it into exhibits. Running with RFP processes and in some cases working on contracts and new MSA’s. The team uses ERP’s such as Ariba, SAP and Oracle so having experience working in this environment would make for a smooth transition.
Must Haves:
- At least 8 years of progressive procurement experience in an industrial setting
- Capability of running and managing the RFP process for multiple packages
- Drafting contract exhibits (compensation, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I), scope of work (review only)) of varying sizes and complexities
- Familiarity with software such as Ariba, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office along with the ability to quickly learn new systems
