EBARA HG is seeking a <strong>Production Technician</strong> to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be involved in the manufacturing of high-quality mixers and pumps that keep industries running worldwide.</p><p>You’ll be working in a fast-paced shop environment where every day is different—reading blueprints, assisting skilled trades, balancing equipment, and making sure our products are ready to perform. If you take pride in craftsmanship and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the role for you.</p>What You’ll Do<ul><li><p>Read and interpret assembly drawings, work orders, and safety procedures</p></li><li><p>Build shipping crates for pumps and mixers</p></li><li><p>Balance shafts and impellers</p></li><li><p>Support welders, painters, and other trades on the shop floor</p></li><li><p>Perform fit-up, grinding, and deburring operations</p></li><li><p>Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other shop equipment</p></li><li><p>Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized</p></li><li><p>Assist with painting, product testing, and general shop maintenance as needed</p></li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li><p>Minimum <strong>2 years’ manufacturing experience</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>High school diploma/GED</strong> required</p></li><li><p>Comfortable reading blueprints and technical documents</p></li><li><p>Ability to lift up to <strong>50 lbs</strong> and work in a non-temperature-controlled environment</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and teamwork skills</p></li><li><p>Experience with spray painting equipment is an asset</p></li></ul>Why Join EBARA HG?<ul><li><p>Competitive wages</p></li><li><p>Medical, dental, and vision benefits</p></li><li><p>Vacation and holiday pay</p></li><li><p>Pension plan</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, team-based environment</p></li></ul>About Us<p>Founded over 70 years ago, EBARA HG proudly operates three industry-leading brands—<strong>Hayward Gordon, Sharpe Mixers, and Scott Turbon Mixer</strong>.
