<p>Job Posting Title: Intermediate Administrator, Project/CMT (TS)</p><p>Work Schedule: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off ,11 hours per working day - flights from Saskatoon, SK only </p><p>Work Location: Cigar Lake, SK</p><p>Rate: $30/ - $40/T4</p><p><br></p><p>Role Description / Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide general administrative support to the construction management team (CMT)</li><li>Manage coordination of contractor mobilization and ongoing support, including administration of pre-mobilization deliverables, flights, training, request for information (RFIs), site instructions (SIs), and other construction documents between contractor and construction management team</li><li>Administer document control processes with efficiency</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Skills / Previous Experience</p><ul><li>Self starter, able to learn and apply new concepts, software and use of tools quickly and independently</li><li>Solid interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work is critical</li><li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li><li>Previous experience in construction, engineering or project management work environments an asset</li></ul><p></p>
