The role:
- A leading global real estate consultancy is seeking a Project Director to lead a high-profile, multi-stack office renovation in Montreal, Quebec. This role is focused on a dedicated financial account and offers the opportunity to lead a landmark project from start to finish.

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale, multi-stack office renovation project.
- Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Proven experience managing large-scale office renovations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of high-profile projects.
- French speaking is mandatory.
