Project Manager - 6 Months Employment Type Contract Location MISSISSAUGA, Ontario Apply SHARE THIS JOB Job Description: Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of various implementations including the implementation of Microsoft Copilot to be used across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead end-to-end project management for IT implementations based on digital transformation initiatives such as Microsoft Copilot Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks, issues, and change Facilitate regular status meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder updates Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and compliance with IT governance standards Support change management efforts including training, documentation, and user adoption strategies Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide post-implementation support and reviews TMGCT Job Requirements: Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree or in Information Technology, Business or related Field 2+ years of experience in project management PMP Certification preferred Experience with Project Management tools such as Agile, Smartsheet and Microsoft Project are all a strong asset Strong Excel skills Extensive background with IT systems and Implementations Proven track record of managing complex implementations involving software, infrastructure, and business process changes Positive, enthusiastic and energetic Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Apply
