Typical projects scope range up to $50 MM to $100 MM for Large-Scale Builds; office renovation range from $1 to $10+ MM.</p><p><br /></p><p>OUR CLIENT HIRES & PROMOTES PEOPLE ON MERIT! </p><p><br /></p><p>Some of our client`s PMs have PEngs, CETs or BTechs - many don`t; some PMs are Journeymen - many aren`t;....</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Ideal candidates will likely have many of the following attributes:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>6+ years construction project management with a successful On-Time & On-Budget track record </strong>ideally with some solid experience with mid to larger General Contractors</li><li>A positive hands-on results-focused PM who effectively works with & <strong>leads multi-discipline teams to deliver projects to top quality standards</strong></li><li><strong>Solid understanding of construction management processes</strong> and delivery models, plus <strong>strong budgeting skills</strong> - some tendering would also be an asset</li><li><strong>Creative / innovative</strong> problem-solver, often anticipates issues before they arise and identifies cost-saving or value-add opportunities</li><li><strong>Builds, organizes, and guides project teams </strong>(internal staff, subcontractors, vendors) and <strong>be the primary liaison </strong>for clients, architects, engineers, site superintendents, and other stakeholders</li><li><strong>Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, and you build and foster strong, trusting relationships</strong></li><li>Solid communication skills</li></ul><p><br /></p></p></p>
