<p>Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Full-Time)</p><p>Location: Halifax/Bedford, NS<br><br>Company: Noble Exteriors</p><p>About Us<br><br>Noble Exteriors is expanding We are proud to announce the opening of our Atlantic Office in Halifax/Bedford, NS — which will oversee our operations across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.</p><p>We specialize in commercial exterior solutions, including masonry, ACM panels, EIFS, siding, painting, and caulking. With a strong reputation in the construction market, we are now looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our growing team and lead our Atlantic operations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Identify new commercial project opportunities across Atlantic Canada.</li><li>Prepare accurate takeoffs and assist in project estimating and pricing.</li><li>Coordinate with local suppliers for material procurement and scheduling.</li><li>Oversee project execution and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.</li><li>Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.</li><li>Contribute to the continued growth and success of Noble Exteriors in the Atlantic region.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.</li><li>Strong understanding of building envelopes, exterior systems, and construction processes.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software (e.g., Planswift Autocad or Insight).</li><li>Valid Canadian citizenship or permanent residency (required).</li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Atlantic provinces when required.</li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule.</li><li>Competitive compensation (to be discussed based on experience).</li><li>Opportunity to lead and grow our new Atlantic Division.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team culture.</li></ul><p>Join Us<br><br>If you're a motivated construction professional ready to take on a leadership role in a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p>Apply now and help us build the future of Noble Exteriors in Atlantic Canada</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
