Job Title: Project Manager (Consent Order)

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months (possible extension or conversion)

Role Overview:

Seeking a Project Manager to support Finance-related workstreams under the 2020 Consent Order remediation program. The PM will partner with Finance/business SMEs to manage execution, track progress, and deliver concise reporting for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Finance-related remediation workstreams.
• Develop and maintain plans, risks, and issue logs.
• Prepare and review progress/activity reports tailored to audience.
• Drive execution across Capital Markets and ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate engagement with product lines and cross-functional partners (Compliance, Technology, Audit, etc.).
• Promote consistent project management best practices.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues proactively.

Required Skills:

• PM experience with Finance/Capital Markets.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity, CCAR/DFAST, FR Y, RWA, and resolution planning.
• Familiarity with trade capture and ledger systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, MS Project).
• Markets knowledge (risk, controls, trade lifecycle).
• Big 4 or Compliance (AML/KYC) experience a plus.
