We pride ourselves on fostering a stimulating work environment that prioritizes employee we-being.</p><p>Strathmore has won dozens of prestigious landscaping awards over the years, setting the standard for excellence in the Canadian landscaping and snow removal industry.</p><p>We are also proud to be one of the most climate friendly, culturally diverse and employee-centric companies in Canada.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>We are looking to expand our team with a motivated Recruiter, passionate about hands-on recruitment, who will contribute to attracting the best seasonal and permanent talent across our different regions.</p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle for both seasonal and permanent staff in the snow removal and landscaping sectors</li><li>Define and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent</li><li>Post and promote job openings on various platforms</li><li>Conduct active sourcing (resume databases, social media, internal referrals, etc.)</li><li>Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct phone or virtual interviews</li><li>Be proactive in managing operational staffing needs with managers in each region</li><li>Maintain a pipeline of available candidates at all times to respond quickly to hiring needs</li><li>Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to increase company visibility and actively recruit</li><li>Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience</li><li>Manage and coordinate the onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth integration</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><ul><li>1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a high-volume or seasonal context</li><li>Experience in customer service or sales (an asset)</li><li>Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (ADP system is an asset)</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English (a third language is an asset)</li><li>Dynamic, open-minded, and results-oriented personality</li><li>Proactive and comfortable working in collaboration with managers to anticipate staffing needs</li><li>Comfortable working with targets and commissions</li><li>Strong ability to manage priorities and work independently</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary with commission on successful hires</li><li>Benefits including Group insurance and group RRSP</li><li>Opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of a national company</li><li>Collaborative and stimulating work environment</li><li>Potential for career growth within the company</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to take on the challenge?</strong></p><p>Send us your application now by applying directly to this posting.</p></p></p></p><br /><br /><br /><br /><p>PIb3a6012ac62f-34600-38483612</p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
