In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery - making sure production stays safe, efficient, and on track. <br><ul><li><strong>Pay Rate: $39.02/hr + shift premium $</strong> <strong>2.75/hr</strong> <br></li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Winnipeg, MB<br></li><li><strong> Shift: </strong> Night shift Wed, Thur, Friday (7PM-7AM) <br></li><li><strong> Job type: </strong> Permanent | Full-time <br></li></ul><strong>Here's why you should apply:</strong><br><ul><li>Profit sharing plan<br></li><li>Telemedicine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions <br></li><li>Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people)<br></li><li>Annual flexible reimbursement program <br></li></ul><strong> Responsibilities: </strong><br><ul><li> Modify, repair, or replace parts of machinery to maintain production capacity. <br></li><li> Inspect, lubricate machine parts and determine future maintenance requirements <br></li><li> Perform changeover, setup and adjustments on production equipment <br></li><li> Participate in a safety meeting and contribute to a departmental safety action plan <br></li><li> Participate in major projects, installations, and start-ups <br></li><li> Read and interpret drawings and schematics to determine spare parts requirements <br></li><li> Maintains a safe, clean work area and follows all safety procedures <br></li><li> Ensure flexibility to respond to maintenance needs off-hours <br></li><li> Supervise outside contractors when on-site <br></li></ul><strong> Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li> 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing facility (corrugated, printing, packaging would be an asset) <br></li><li> Inter-Provincial Red Seal Millwright preferred <br></li><li> Welding experience would be an asset <br></li><li> Good understanding of safety procedures <br></li><li> Good analytical and attention to detail skill <br></li><li> Must have own tools <br></li><li> Ability to work professionally under pressure and meet deadlines <br></li></ul><ul><li>Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada <br></li></ul> Are you interested in this position?
