Augury Healthcare is the *Primary Provider *of agency services in *Prairie Mountain Health and Interlake - Eastern Regional Health Authorities. *By onboarding with Augury Healthcare, you will be entitled to *first pick of available shifts across these regions.* You will be entitled to a $5 bonus *PER HOUR *for your first 15 shifts with Augury.

You will also be entitled to a *SENIORITY BOOST *for travel opportunities and rates in 6 other provinces.

* Emergency Room (ER)
* Intensive Care Units (ICU – all types)
* Operating Room (OR/CVOR)
* Medical-Surgical
* Long-Term Care & specialized Home Care roles
* Mental Health & Addictions
* Outpatient Services

*Compensation: *(_Rates vary by region, experience, and assignment type_)

* *RN:* $50 – $57/hour
* *RPN:* $50 – $58/hour
* *LPN:* $38 – $45/hour

*Minimum Requirements:*

* 2015+ hours (approx. 1 year) of recent nursing experience
* Active BLS certification
* ACLS, PALS, or equivalent (as applicable to specialty)
* Active CRNM, CRPNM, or CLPNM license, or willingness to obtain immediately
* Ability to work in rural and remote healthcare environments

*Responsibilities:*

* Deliver safe, professional care in assigned specialty
* Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
* Conduct patient assessments & manage care plans
* Respond appropriately to emergencies
* Maintain accurate documentation & reporting
