<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>A leading interior renovation general contractor with more than 50 years&#39; experience and a team of over 500, specializing in high-rise rental properties.</p><p>We are looking for experienced Contractors to perform quality home repairs, remodeling, and improvement tasks in high-rise residential apartment buildings throughout Owen Sound/Collingwood.<br /> </p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>Installation of Vanity Cabinets</li><li>Installation of Slab Doors and Sliding Closet Doors</li><li>Installation of Baseboard and quarter round</li><li>Painting and drywall install and repairs.</li><li>Installing floor tiles, tubs around, backsplash tiles.</li><li>Installation of Closet Shelves (to be cut to size on-site)</li><li>Miscellaneous Carpentry (Bathroom Accessories, Air Grills etc.)</li><li>Installation of Laminate Countertops</li><li>Installing of floors (vinyl, laminate hardwood )</li><li>Additional skillset of interior renovations</li><li>Plumbing Hookups considered an asset</li></ul><p><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>At least 3 years’ experience as a Contractor</li><li>Valid Ontario Driver&#39;s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract</li><li>Able to problem solve on-site and off-site</li><li>Operate all tools required to complete work</li><li>Ability to follow and complete a daily, weekly & monthly task schedule</li><li>Own Tools Required (They are not supplied)</li></ul><p><b>WHY CHOOSE US!</b></p><ul><li>Consistent work within apartment units</li><li>Full unit renovation </li><li>All material supplied</li><li>Payment bi-weekly</li></ul><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>ZY9OgjWpp1</p></p></p>
