Job Description

Scope:

Define approach for integrating Salesforce with legacy systems and third-party applications, including middleware and data flow diagrams.
Assess the Business process and design architecture documents
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for integration, scalability, and compliance.
Develop and document high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, including data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
Provide detailed specifications for customizations, configurations, APIs, and integration components.

Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical architectures at the specified experience level
Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development and implementation of applications
Extensive salesforce experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL and is able to guide others using this methodology
Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs

Experience preparing conceptual, logical and/or physical processes and data models
Experience developing, recommending, implementing and managing technical architecture
Experience in the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools and other software tools such as project management tools

Salesforce Experience:

5+ years of salesforce architect experience
Extensive salesforce experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL and can guide others using this methodology
Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Data Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware tools like MuleSoft

Stakeholder and Vendor Management:

Technical architect experience in designing the vendor managed implementation project
Awareness of emerging technologies, trends and directions
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
Have worked with vendor and multiple stakeholders in the large complex project

Architecture Experience:

Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical architectures at the specified experience level
Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) in complex vendor managed project
Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs
Experience preparing conceptual, logical and/or physical processes and data models for Salesforce platform projects

Communication Skills:

Understand government process and policies to develop the implementation strategies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
