If you are creative and determined to convert each interaction into sales, then we are looking for you.</p><p><strong>Role Overview: </strong>We are seeking a dynamic and sales-focused professional to join our team as a Territory Brand Sales Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for driving retail sales performance within an assigned territory by visiting <strong>two retail locations daily</strong>, building strong customer relationships, delivering confident and engaging product presentations, and driving sales<strong>. </strong><strong>Must be comfortable to commute across Oakville throughout the shift</strong>.</p><p><strong>Details: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Territory: </strong>Oakville, ON</li><li><strong>Access to a Car: </strong>Mandatory</li><li><strong>Start Date: </strong>As soon as possible</li><li><strong>Contract: </strong>Until December 31, 2026</li><li><strong>Hours: </strong>2840 hours per week</li><li><strong>Schedule: </strong>45 shifts per week (7 hours per shift 6 hours of work + 1 paid hour for travel)</li><li><strong>Compensation: </strong>Competitive hourly rate (with an increase upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period) plus monthly sales incentives.</li><li><strong>Training: </strong>2-week training period. Successful completion of the training assessment is required to continue in the program.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Field Sales & Relationship Building:</strong> Visit 2 retail locations daily within a designated area, spending 3 hours per location, fostering relationships with store staff, and actively engaging with customers.</li><li><strong>Customer Engagement:</strong> Confidently approach and educate potential customers about the benefits of smoke-free devices, creating engaging and comfortable conversations that build interest in the product.</li><li><strong>Expert Technical Demonstrations</strong>: Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and communicate key features and benefits clearly.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Sales & Customer Registration</strong>: Strong ability to meet sales targets, register customers, and handle objections effectively.</li><li><strong>Tech-Savvy: </strong>Proficient in using phones/ tablets for reporting and data entry</li><li><strong>Retailer Relationship Management:</strong> Build positive relationships with retail staff while educating customers on the benefits of smoke-free devices.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Solution-oriented Problem Solving: </strong>Proactively address and resolve challenges, identifying effective solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.</li><li>Personable and Confident with strong communication skills. </li><li>Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.</li><li>Skilled at presenting products with clarity and confidence.</li><li>Organized, adaptable, and solutions focused.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential to ensure timely visits to different retail locations.</li><li>Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed. Shifts may vary based on store operations and work locations may rotate each cycle. </li><li>This role requires standing for extended periods and actively engaging with customers throughout the day. You must also be able to transport personal materials and assets, including a briefcase and a 30 lb mobile table.</li><li>A background check is required for this role.
