About the opportunity: The Sales Coordinator partners with customer sales teams to ensure seamless information flow, timely communication of critical milestones, and continuous improvement of reporting and internal processes. In addition, this role manages calendar scheduling, organizes meetings and travel, and provides comprehensive administrative support to enable efficient execution of Lactalis’ sales strategy, driving sustainable growth and delivering value aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and core values. The attributes we are looking for: Communicate and coordinate with the sales teams as key issues or opportunities arise in relation to priorities, reporting, category customer plans and other adhoc items. Manage expense reporting for Sales Directors, coordinate calendar scheduling, and deliver proactive administrative support to ensure seamless execution of business priorities. Maintain and update a critical milestone calendar capturing processes including, but not limited to, budget planning, price increases, innovation, long term planning, and corporate business reviews. Provides administrative and operational support to the sales organization, enabling teams to focus on driving revenue and building customer relationships Together with the customer sales teams, the Sales Coordinator will ensure critical documents are produced, maintained, and distributed for day-to-day business management. Responsible for organizing quarterly sales leadership meetings, annual offsite events, organization of the commercial academy across the sales teams & supporting various strategic initiatives/ tasks as directed by the SVP Develop new tools, processes and resources that can help reduce communication delays or errors which will increase efficiency and mitigate risk. What you will bring: University Degree Minimum three (3) years of project planning and execution experience in a sales environment Proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
