This dynamic role supports commercial, operational, and strategic functions across sales, marketing, events, customer success, and business operations. Ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual eager to grow in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.</p><h3>Position</h3><p>Sales & Marketing Associate — Full-Time</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Sales & Business Development: Track sales pipeline, qualify leads, manage CRM data; coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and meetings; prepare presentations, proposals, demo kits; assist with pricing, quotations, and client communications; support onboarding and account management</li><li>Marketing & Communications: Execute digital, email, print, and social media campaigns; draft / edit content: brochures, case studies, newsletters, web copy; maintain calendars, databases, and asset libraries; manage internal / external communications and reports</li><li>Events & Webinars: Plan logistics for trade shows, conferences, webinars; prepare materials, coordinate shipping and setup; support live or virtual participation and follow-ups</li><li>Market Research & Strategy: Research industry trends, competitors, and partnerships; prepare reports, presentations, and strategic materials; track KPIs and campaign metrics</li><li>Administrative & Cross-functional Support: Manage schedules, travel, and meetings; collaborate with clinical, engineering, and regulatory teams; assist with documentation, regulatory submissions, and training</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field</li><li>1–3 years in marketing, sales, or commercial operations (healthcare preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and writing skills</li><li>Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools (Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress)</li><li>Highly organized and able to multitask</li></ul><h3>Preferred Assets</h3><ul><li>Experience in ophthalmology or medical devices</li><li>Knowledge of clinical terms and regulatory environments</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Figma, and analytics tools</li><li>Ability to create / edit technical content</li><li>Project coordination experience</li></ul><h3>Benefits & Compensation</h3><p>Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
