Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Salesperson for a full-time, on-site role located in Montreal, QC. As a Salesperson, you will engage directly with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized recommendations for HairClub's products and services. Your responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, conducting consultations, meeting sales targets, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. Collaboration with in-house teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences will be a key part of your role.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
  • Sales and negotiation expertise, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Customer service skills, including a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills for managing client records and follow-ups
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a strong asset
  • Fluency in French and English is required for this role
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer relations are a plus
