Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities

  • source public bids
  • Receive bid requests from salespeople internallly
  • Source bid requests from caulking suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Quantify and estimate projects.
  • Work with subcontractors to determine average prices for use in cost estimation.
  • Assign all bids to single salesperson for closing
  • Procure prices from subcontractors after award
  • Coordinate handover all materials to supervisor for full execution.

Compensation

  • Salary Range:$50,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Benefits:Comprehensive health and dental coverage, paid vacation
  • Vacancy Status:New, full-time position
