Overview

The Audit Technologies group is part of the national audit centre, providing digital and data analytics services to clients. Data consultants will assist with automating business processes using Microsoft PowerApps and PowerAutomate, and support client teams with data analysis, reporting, and visualization, enabling innovative solutions.

What You Will Do

• Automate business processes and audit procedures using Microsoft PowerApps and PowerAutomate workflows.
• Identify issues and provide recommendations and mitigation strategies.
• Work with data analytic programs to deliver solutions.
• Process large client data volumes for import into proprietary applications.
• Build relationships with client teams and participate in business development.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and implement bespoke data routines for clients.

What You Bring To The Role

Must-haves

• Diploma or bachelor’s in computer science, database management, or programming.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
• Strong statistical and mathematical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading tools.

Highly Preferred

• Experience with Azure Databricks, Power BI, Power Query, Python, R.
• Experience with SQL, MySQL, Oracle, API creation, and debugging.

This position requires fluency in English and the ability to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues. Candidates may need to interpret policies, laws, or regulations.
