Job Description
We are looking for a senior designer at the intersection of brand and digital commerce. If you've got a love for design in all its forms—from brand to packaging to digital—you might be a great fit. We're seeking a well-rounded designer who thinks big picture while crafting creative solutions for e-commerce and beyond.
What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver best-in-class content (brand and product visuals and communication) on eCommerce product pages or online storefronts.
- Develop design solutions focused on digital content channels and eCommerce.
- Shape and craft compelling presentation narratives to support and sell through creative concepts.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and internal reviews.
- Support your colleagues and mentor junior team members across the agency.
- Uphold creative integrity by staying updated with the latest eCommerce best practices, including ADA compliance.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality project completion.
- Present your work confidently, knowing you've done your best.
- Support culture-building initiatives within the agency.
Experience
- 6 years of industry experience, including some agency experience.
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
- Experience with categories such as CPG, food, beverage, wine, spirits, and technology preferred.
- Knowledge of simple animation/motion techniques is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing brand building and front-end development experience in eCommerce is desirable.
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and collaborative tools (XD, Miro, Keynote) is preferred.

The Ontario pay range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 annually. Final compensation will consider experience, skills, and other factors.
