It&#39;s our focus on performance fabric technology and product innovation, investment in manufacturing excellence, speed-to-market and supply chain execution that enables us to build meaningful, strong and sustainable retail partnerships across multiple trade channels.</p><p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Senior Director of Merchandising & Brand, the Designer will be responsible for the creative development process, from receiving customer briefs to delivering compelling designs that align with brand perspectives and needs.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><strong>Leadership & Collaboration</strong><ul><li> Work closely with the Team Lead to align design initiatives with seasonal direction </li><li> Take full ownership of design projects from concept through final execution </li><li> Mentor and support other designers as needed</li></ul><p></p><p>Trend Research & Creative Development</p><ul><li>Conduct ongoing trend and concept research to inform seasonal direction and market relevance</li><li>Create compelling stories, inspirational mood boards, color palettes, and material samples to support new design concepts</li></ul><p></p><p>Design Execution & CAD Development</p><ul><li>Manage the design process from initial concept to final styling, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and seasonal objectives</li><li>Responsible for developing detailed CAD sketches, conducting design research, and presenting design iterations</li><li>Propose and select appropriate fabrics and trims that align with product functionality and brand aesthetics</li></ul><p></p><p>Technical Design & Product Development</p><ul><li>Create and maintain detailed tech packs, ensuring accurate documentation of specifications, materials, and construction</li><li>Support data entry and tech pack management in PLM systems (e.g., BlueCherry) as needed Approvals & Presentation</li><li>Present final styling and packaging concepts to the Merchandise team and other business unit stakeholders for approval</li><li>Participate in product approval processes, ensuring all deliverables meet internal standards and timelines</li><li>Support data entry and tech pack management in PLM systems (e.g., BlueCherry) as needed</li></ul><p></p><p>Approvals & Presentation</p><ul><li>Present final styling and packaging concepts to the Merchandise team and other business unit stakeholders for approval</li><li>Participate in product approval processes, ensuring all deliverables meet internal standards and timelines</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in apparel or fashion design</li><li>Expertise knowledge of CAD software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools)</li><li>Familiarity with PLM systems (BlueCherry or similar platforms)</li><li>Strong knowledge in tech pack development, garment construction, and material selection</li><li>Hands-on experience with CLO 3D and other leading 3D software tools</li><li>Solid understanding of fashion trends, consumer preferences, and product positioning</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, both visual and verbal</li><li>Experience collaborating with packaging or branding teams is a strong asset</li><li>Knowledge of garment types such as underwear, and lounge/sleepwear is highly preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>100% free public transit – Your commute is on us!</li><li>Flex hours – Enjoy 12 flex days per year to work from home</li><li>Free breakfast on Fridays – Start your last workday of the week with something tasty on us!</li><li>Early Fridays – Wrap up at 4:00 PM... or 1:30 PM in the summer!</li><li>A gift card on your birthday – happy birthday from us to you!</li><li>Summer rooftop terrace vibes – Work breaks with a view.</li><li>5 à 7 summer hangout – Chill out at Esplanade Louvain, an outdoor space with gardens and music right next door.</li><li>Team events & celebrations – Big thanks to our social committee for keeping the fun going!</li><li>On-site free gym access – Includes weight room, yoga, bootcamp, and Zumba classes.</li><li>Indoor bike parking – Ride worry–free, rain or shine.</li><li>Health & Dental – Insurance?
