Job Title:
Senior Financial Analyst - Non-Profit Healthcare

Our Client:
A well-established non-profit healthcare organization in North York is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their finance team. This role will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision support - directly helping leadership make informed choices to further their mission.

Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process for assigned programs
  
• Preparing and presenting monthly reporting packages with insights and recommendations
  
• Supporting new initiatives with business case development and financial analysis
  
• Building models for scenario planning, costing, and contribution margin analysis
  
• Assisting in preparing briefing notes and reports for leadership and committees
  
• Taking on ad-hoc projects and analysis to improve financial processes and support strategic goals
  

• CPA designation (or working towards it)
  
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, or analysis
  
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; SAP
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
  
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  

• Permanent position based in North York
  
• Hybrid model - 3 days onsite per week
  
• Compensation: $85K-$100K depending on experience
