About the Role


Are you ̄奇米影视 passionate about driving sales growth through data‑driven insights and strategic enablement? As the Senior Manager, Sales Performance & Enablement, you’ll lead a dual‑focused mission: in Sales Analytics and Sales Enablement. This role is pivotal in optimizing sales performance by aligning actionable analytics with scalable enablement solutions to empower our sales teams and accelerate revenue growth.


What You’ll Do

Sales Analytics



  • Design and implement analytics frameworks to UIKit track KPIs (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue growth).


  • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau/Power BI to deliver insights to sales leadership.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize analytics needs, refine forecasting models, and identify trends.


  • Ensure data integrity and governance across CRM and sales systems.



Sales Enablement



  • Develop and execute enablement programs (training, playbooks, competitive intel) to upskill sales teams.


  • Optimize sales processes and planning using analytics insights.


  • Partner with sales leaders to address skill gaps and measure training ROI.


  • Lead tech stack enhancements (e.g., CRM optimization, sales engagement tools).


  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.


  • Manage a team by fostering innovation and collaboration.



What You Bring



  • 10+ years of experience in sales analytics, operations, and sales enablement preferably in the financial industry.


  • Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).


  • Proven ability to design coaching بين programs and optimize sales processes.


  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics) or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.


  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.


  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
