Myticas Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist for a long-term one of our clients in the Finance sector. The consultant will support complex initiatives within the ITS portfolio, ensuring successful planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities across assigned IT or business initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.
- Prepare executive-level documentation, reports, dashboards, and communications.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and decision‑making forums.
- Ensure project governance and compliance with clientframeworks and methodologies.
- Support planning, prioritization, and delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams as required.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, ideally within enterprise or public-sector environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale projects in structured PMO environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive-reporting skills.
- Proven ability to manage risks, issues, scope, and timelines in complex technical or business projects.
- Solid understanding of project governance and best practices.
- Must be eligible for Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance (minimum 5 years of Canadian residency).
