<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> with strong experience in residential construction to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction to close-out. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep knowledge of residential building processes, strong financial oversight, and the ability to lead internal teams and subcontractors through successful project execution.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p>Lead full project lifecycle: pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and close-out</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with clients, consultants, municipalities, and internal teams</p></li><li><p>Develop and manage construction schedules and budgets</p></li><li><p>Manage procurement and tendering processes</p></li><li><p>Oversee site staff and ensure smooth communication between field and office</p></li><li><p>Ensure all work complies with OBC, health & safety regulations, and company quality standards</p></li><li><p>Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or budget overruns</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular site visits and project reviews</p></li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li><p>7+ years of experience in residential construction, ideally with custom homes or low-rise multi-unit developments</p></li><li><p>Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior PM delivering successful projects in the GTA</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction regulations</p></li><li><p>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)</p></li><li><p>PMP or Gold Seal certification is an asset</p></li></ul></p></p></p>
