<p>Duties and responsibilities of the Senior Property Accountant is as follows:</p>
<li>Prepare monthly reporting packages to project partners/co-owners </li>
<li>Prepare annual CAM/Tax recovery adjustment billings in accordance with tenant leases and operating budgets </li>
<li>Preparation of annual rental notices </li>
<li> Review of monthly rental charges, AR balances and follow up of arrears </li>
<li>Maintenance of property management books (including preparing cheques, coding and posting invoices, preparing deposits, journal entries, account reconciliations) </li>
<li> Timely and accurate preparation of bank reconciliations, HST and other filings as necessary </li>
<li> Preparation of year end working paper files </li>
<li> Daily cash management </li>
<li> Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned</li> <p>TMGNY</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>5+ years experience in commercial property accounting </li>
<li>Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word) </li>
<li> Experience with Yardi is an asset </li>
<li> Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines </li>
<li> Strong written and verbal communication </li>
<li> Willingness to contribute to special projects outside of daily tasks </li>
<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills </li>
<li> Ability to work independently and to problem solve, flexibility to meet changing demands </li> Apply
