Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is prioritized, refined, and ready for upcoming sprints.
  • Shield the Scrum team from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint commitments.
  • Identify and remove impediments impacting the team's progress.
  • Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and release forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure the team follows Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements to help the team deliver faster and more efficiently.
  • Support the team using a servant-leader mindset to increase productivity and accountability.
