Role Description

We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Scarborough, ON. This is a full-time, on-site role at the centre of our service operations.

As Service Coordinator, you’ll:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians daily
• Open and manage work orders
• Prepare and price quotes
• Communicate with customers to arrange service
• Invoice completed jobs
• Manage inspection programs, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate reports, certifications, and repair quotes
• Support business growth by reaching out to prospective customers
