That means:</p><ul><li>Clear processes with room for smart problem-solving.</li><li>Continuous feedback loops (no waiting until review season)</li><li>Open book communication between dispatch, ops, and field operations.</li><li>Proactive training + support to help you grow.</li></ul><p></p><p>What You&#39;ll Do:</p><ul><li>Perform daily circle checks on all equipment and report mechanical issues to maintenance.</li><li>Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, fueled, and field ready.</li><li>Lead and support a 23-person crew, assigning tasks and keeping work flowing efficiently.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.</li><li>Use mobile apps to log time, crew performance, and service reports.</li><li>Maintain real-time communication with dispatch and supervisors.</li><li>Resolve on-site issues professionally and help maintain team morale under pressure.</li><li>Promote a proactive safety culture and adherence to all PPE and Health & Safety policies</li><li>Identify and report any maintenance or operational concerns promptly</li></ul><p></p><p>What We&#39;re Looking For:</p><ul><li>G-Class Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract.</li><li>Ability to drive and operate equipment in cold, wet, dark, and high-pressure conditions.</li><li>Experience with snow equipment is a must.</li><li>Reliable transportation to dispatch location.</li><li>Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and reporting.</li><li>Willingness to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during storm events.</li></ul><p></p><p>Why Lead With Us?</p><p>Youll be given a clear role, a well-equipped crew, and the support to lead effectively.
