Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations on ICI new build projects, with a strong focus on ground-up transit infrastructure (TTC) projects.
- Manage and lead site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks or delays.
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and vendors to optimize project efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies on site.
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and provide regular updates to project management.
- Address and resolve site issues promptly to maintain smooth operations and project timelines.
Skills and Experience:
- Construction Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing ICI new build projects, ideally with experience on TTC or transit-related infrastructure projects.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead site teams effectively, ensuring all project objectives are met.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in site supervision or construction management within the ICI sector.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
